Fixed rates on the way down

IIB have just reduced their 2 3 and 5 year fixed rates for both home loan and investment property mortgages. Their home loan 5 year fixed rate is now at 4.39% (apr3.99).IIB in the recent past have shown their willingness to lead the market in the speed at which they introduce lower fixed rates . Our historic rate analysis continues to profile IIB as being an excellent provider of competitive fixed rates.
